Somewhere, out there,
These brown eyes.
That I can't see,
But I can feel,
These brown eyes.
Hidden by,
A test of time;
Looking there,
Back at me.
These brown eyes.
I wish that I,
Could touch the hand;
The young man then,
Inside of me.
Running on,
That heart in hand;
Reaching out,
Caressing them.
These brown eyes.
If it were,
inside of me,
I'd like to know,
A chance again,
These brown eyes.

More Go-Go than PTA Meets the Eyes
“The P.T.A. is great preparation for dealing with the K.G.B.,” President Palin murmurs to Todd, as they kiss in the final scene while she changes Trig’s diaper. “Now that Georgia’s safe, how ’bout I cook you up some caribou hot dogs and moose stew for dinner, babe?” (Maureen Dowd - NY Times column "Vice in Go-Go Boots?"
Maureen Dowd couldn’t be more sympathetic to the rigors of public office and raising a family. Not that having either should be a prerequisite for criticism or skewering. As if America hasn’t been punished enough for all the embarrassment “W” brought. If nothing has registered yet in the conscience of this great land, I think they deserve go-go boots in the White House with our commander in chief (waiting to be) briefing and dictating slightly larger mouths to feed abroad, while enfant suckles bosom with many “eye’s wide shut.” Breast feeding mothers of America really need to unite.
